WHAT TO EXPECT

Down below (or to the right if you’re on desktop), you’ll find a detailed, step-by-step breakdown of what a typical detailing day looks like. It walks you through exactly what to expect from start to finish — from booking your appointment to the final walkthrough — so you know how the process works for both me and you as the customer.

Booking Confirmation & Follow-Up

Once you book your appointment, I’ll personally reach out via text or email to introduce myself and confirm the details. Then, 2–3 days before your scheduled booking, I’ll follow up again to reconfirm everything and make sure we’re all set for detail day.

Arrival & Walkthrough

When I arrive at the scheduled time of your detail, I’ll send you a quick text to let you know I’m there. Most clients like to come out and meet me briefly before I get started. If you prefer a fully “curbside” experience, you can simply leave the keys in the vehicle (unlocked), and I’ll begin right away. Otherwise, I like to go over a couple of key areas of concern with you beforehand to make sure we’re aligned and to ensure full satisfaction with the final result.

Fully Mobile Set Up

I bring everything needed to complete your detail — so you don’t have to provide a thing. I carry my own 50-gallon water supply and a dedicated generator, meaning I don’t need access to your water or electricity. This allows me to deliver a true, fully mobile experience for my clients — whether you’re at home, at work, or anywhere convenient for you.

Detail & Final Approval

Once everything is set, I get to work. I take my time and focus on the details to make sure your vehicle looks its best. When I’m finished, I’ll invite you out for a final walkthrough to review the results together. If you’re satisfied (which is always the goal), I’ll pack up and be on my way. Super simple.
